Songs of Conflict and Resolution

Hero versus villain, good versus evil, life versus death: conflict and reconciliation is as important to music as dissonance and resolution. Join Houston Chamber Ringers for a remarkable night of music that explores our need to strive and triumph over our competitors, our enemies, and even ourselves. Selections range from the profound (Schubert's "Erlkönig") to the cheeky ("Duelin' Banjos"). Music that tells stories of confrontation and reconciliation is just the start of what we hope will be a groundbreaking concert that will also feature the silent short "Dodge Your Debts," with HCR performing the accompanying score and all the sound effects! One performance only!
